Regular Cleans:
Cleaning: We will strip all beds that are used and re make them, all showers, tubs sinks, toilets
will be scrubbed, counter tops wiped down, all chrome will be left spot free, floors will always
be mopped, kitchen counters will be wiped down, stove and refrigerator will be clean, oven as
needed will be cleaned, dishwasher will be emptied, inside cupboards will be straighten out as
needed, all furniture will be dusted, patio sliders will be cleaned, all carpets will be vacuumed.
Fireplace will be emptied if you provide a safe spot to put the ashes.
As time permits we will also do these items as there needed, cob webs, light fixtures, base
boards, walls, vacuum under furniture, and any miscellaneous items we see the unit needs.
Partial cleans:
A partial clean consist of a full room not used, the charge for the unit will be discounted
according to rooms not used.
Dust Ups:
We dust entire home, vacuum, and fix anything that needs to be done, wipe down countertops and
surfaces.
Mid Stay Cleans include:
-Remaking beds
-Towel exchange
-Tiding up the unit
-Bathrooms
-Taking out the trash
-Light moping
-Light Vacuuming
-Personal belonging will not be touched or moved (unless there is stuff on the beds, which we have to
remake)
Some supplies or items will be restocked if needed
-Amenities, Soaps
-Kitchen will not be cleaned or dishes washed.

Every Room:
Clean all interior Doors, All doorframes and handles, sliding door tracks, sliding door windows inside and
out, windowsills and inside windows, Clean all heater vent covers and floor registers, move all furniture
and vacuum, clean all fireboards, vacuum fabric on furniture, wax all furniture, clean all light fixtures and
clean picture glass fronts and frames, clean all light switches, clean and dust all surfaces, ceiling fans,
dust wooden walls
Balconies or porches:
Sweep Porch or balcony, clean patio furniture, Clean BBQs
Living Room:
Clean fireplace, Fireplace glass inside and out, Ceiling fan blades
Kitchen:
Move refrigerator and clean underneath and vacuum backside, Clean inside and outside of refrigerator,
Clean exhaust vents, wax interior of cabinets, clean oven, stove top and beneath burner rings, clean
countertops and small appliances, clean floor, remove all items from drawrs and cabinets, iteams
removed and replace, remove and clean all stove knobs.
Bathrooms:
Clean shower doors inside and out, clean shower walls and ceiling, clean all bathroom fan covers, all
light fixtures, including towel bars and tissue holders, wax cabinet’s exteriors, clean under sink, toilets
and countertops.
Bedrooms:
Clean bed frames, turn mattresses
